Open the Subscriptions tab

Select Subscriptions in the dashboard sidebar. Here you manage your vendor plan on Tuvy (this is separate from any memberships you sell to your own clients).
Your current plan
- Plan name and status (Active, Cancelled, or Expired).
- Start date and renewal or expiry information when shown.
- Usage vs limits β for example how many staff and services you use compared to your plan cap.
- Feature list included in your plan (such as analytics).
No plan selected
If you see a prompt to choose a plan, pick one below to unlock full vendor features. Some tabs and limits stay restricted until a plan is active.
Upgrade or change plan
- 1Open Subscriptions and review available plans.
- 2Compare staff limits, service limits, and included features.
- 3Select the plan you want and complete payment if prompted.
- 4After activation, refresh the dashboard β new limits and tabs (such as Analytics) may appear.
- 5If you hit a staff or service limit elsewhere, return here to upgrade.
Where limits show up
- Staff β Add Staff Member is disabled when you reach max staff; a banner points you to Subscriptions.
- Services β Add New is disabled when you reach max services for your plan.
- Analytics β only visible when your plan includes analytics features.
