View analytics

Track revenue, bookings, and trends with charts — available on plans that include analytics.

When you see the Analytics tab

Analytics appears in your sidebar when your Tuvy subscription includes standard or advanced analytics. If you do not see it, open Subscriptions to upgrade your plan.

Summary at the top

  • Total Revenue — sum from bookings in your current data set.
  • Monthly Revenue — revenue for the current month.
  • Total Bookings — count of bookings included in the view.
  • Avg. Booking Value — average price per booking.

These cards give a quick health check. Use the charts below for detail and trends.

Revenue Trend chart

  1. 1Open Analytics in the dashboard.
  2. 2Find the Revenue Trend section.
  3. 3Set Date Range (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or all time).
  4. 4Optionally filter by a single service, class, or event.
  5. 5Hover chart points to see exact revenue for that period.

Booking Statistics chart

The Booking Statistics chart shows how bookings split by status (for example confirmed, completed, cancelled). Use the same style of date range and service filters to compare periods or individual offerings.

Compare before you change pricing

Filter to one service and a 30- or 90-day range before changing prices or running a promotion so you can see the impact later.

If charts are empty

  • You may need more completed or confirmed bookings in the selected date range.
  • Widen the date range to All time or 1 year.
  • Set the service filter back to All services.
  • Confirm payments and bookings are recording correctly under Payments and Bookings.
