Use the calendar

View assigned services and bookings by day, week, or month, filter by staff, and create bookings from the calendar.

Open the Calendar tab

Calendar tab β€” day, week, or month views with staff filter.

Select Calendar in the dashboard sidebar. You get a visual schedule of bookings, sessions, and blocks such as leave or business closures.

  • Switch between Day, Week, Month, or 3-day views using the toolbar.
  • Use Today and the arrows to move between dates.
  • Filter by staff to see one person’s column or everyone together.
  • Colour labels show confirmed, pending, cancelled, and other statuses.

View bookings and sessions

  1. 1Select the date range you need.
  2. 2Click a booking block to open details β€” client, service, time, and status.
  3. 3From booking details you can reschedule, cancel, or update notes where your plan allows.
  4. 4Use View Bookings (or open the Bookings tab) for a full list with filters and export options.

Create a booking from the calendar

You can add bookings for clients directly instead of waiting for them to book online.

  1. 1Select the time slot or use the add booking action on the calendar.
  2. 2Choose the service and staff member.
  3. 3Enter client details or select an existing client.
  4. 4Confirm date, time, and payment method.
  5. 5Save β€” the booking appears on the calendar and in the Bookings tab.

Availability still applies

If a slot is blocked by leave, a holiday, or business hours, fix Staff Timetable or Business Holidays first, then create the booking.

Calendar vs Bookings tab

  • Calendar β€” best for seeing the day at a glance and creating bookings on specific times.
  • Bookings β€” best for searching, filtering long lists, and bulk review.
  • Both show the same underlying bookings; use whichever fits the task.
