When you see the Attendance tab
Attendance appears in your dashboard sidebar when you have at least one recurring service (class or repeating session). Appointment-only or one-time-event-only businesses may not see this tab.
What it is for
Use Attendance after sessions run to record who showed up. This is separate from booking status and payment.
Open Attendance and filter sessions

- 1Open Attendance in the dashboard sidebar.
- 2Use Search session to find a class or session by name.
- 3Pick a Date to narrow to one schedule day.
- 4Filter by student or client name, staff member, or attendance status if needed.
- 5Select Clear Filters to reset when you want the full list again.
Mark attendance for bookings
- Each row represents a session date with enrolled bookings.
- Use row checkboxes to select one or more sessions.
- Mark as attend when the client or student attended.
- Mark as not attend when they did not show up.
- If the toolbar says no markable bookings, those rows may already be final or not eligible for bulk update.
Work session by session
Filter by date and session name at the end of a class block so you mark the right group quickly.
If nothing appears
- Confirm you have active recurring services with future or past session dates.
- Check that clients have booked those sessions.
- Clear filters in case a date or search term is hiding results.
- Use Bookings or Calendar to verify the session was scheduled correctly.
