Bookings tab
Open Bookings in the dashboard to see upcoming and past appointments, classes, and events. Use filters to narrow by date, staff, service, or status.
- Open a booking row to see client details, payment state, and notes.
- Update status when work is confirmed, completed, cancelled, or no-show.
- Reschedule or cancel from the booking detail when plans change.
- Jump to Calendar for a visual week or day view of the same bookings.
Suggested daily workflow
- 1Start with today’s date filter or open Calendar for the day view.
- 2Review new and pending bookings first.
- 3Confirm payment or attendance requirements before marking complete.
- 4Reschedule only after checking staff availability in Staff Timetable.
- 5Leave notes on the booking if your team needs context.
Reschedules and cancellations
Check payment and coupons first
Cancelling a paid booking may require a refund through your payment provider. Note any coupon used so you can explain the outcome to the client.
- Recurring and class bookings may use a different reschedule flow than one-off appointments.
- After you change a booking, confirm the client receives an updated confirmation if your setup sends emails.
