Clients tab in the dashboard
Open Clients in the sidebar (the label may show as Students for education businesses). This list contains people who have booked or been added to your account.
- Search by name, email, or phone.
- Open a record to see contact details and past bookings.
- Use history before changing details so you update the correct person.
Manage a client record
- 1Go to Clients and search for the person.
- 2Open their profile from the list.
- 3Review upcoming and past bookings linked to them.
- 4Update contact details only when you are sure they are correct.
- 5Save changes.
Good practice
- Keep email and phone current so confirmations and reminders reach the client.
- Check booking notes before calling or emailing about a specific appointment.
- Do not delete history you may need for attendance, payouts, or disputes.
