Open Settings in the dashboard
Select Settings at the bottom of the vendor sidebar. You will see three sub-tabs:
- Profile Settings β your personal account name, email, and login-related details.
- Business Settings β public business name, description, category, contact details, and locations.
- Business Holidays β dates or ranges when the business is closed to bookings.
Business Settings

- 1Open Settings β Business Settings.
- 2Update your business name, description, and category so clients find you easily.
- 3Choose the correct primary business category β it controls which create form you get (appointments, classes/sessions, or events).
- 4Add or edit locations clients should visit or reference.
- 5Set standard opening hours β these are the outer limit for when bookings can start.
- 6Save changes and review your public vendor page.
Category and service forms
Changing category affects new items you create after that. Existing services keep their original form when you edit them. See the Manage services guide for the full category list.
Business hours vs staff hours
If the business is closed, clients should not see bookable times. Staff Timetable then controls each personβs hours inside those business hours.
Business Holidays

- 1Open Settings β Business Holidays.
- 2Add a single day or a date range when you are fully closed.
- 3Save and check the Calendar β closures should block new bookings on those dates.
- 4If one staff member is away but the business is open, use Staff Timetable leave instead.
Keep information accurate
- Update locations when you move or add a branch.
- Remove past holiday closures you no longer need.
- Match contact details to where you actually read booking emails and messages.
