Open the Coupons tab
Select Coupons in the dashboard sidebar. When you create or edit a coupon, use the (i) icon next to the form title for a quick summary—help is on the form, not on each field.
Public vs private coupons
- Public — may appear automatically at checkout when the client is eligible.
- Private — the client must type the code; useful for campaigns, loyalty, or one-off offers.
- Set an expiry date and usage limits so offers do not run longer than intended.
Create or edit a coupon
- 1Open Coupons and select create (or open an existing coupon to edit).
- 2Enter a short, memorable code clients can type without mistakes.
- 3Choose discount type and amount.
- 4Select public or private visibility.
- 5Add a description clients will understand (for example “10% off first booking”).
- 6Set start/end dates and any usage limits.
- 7Save and test by starting a booking as a client.
Tips
Test before you share
Apply the code in checkout yourself. If it fails, check expiry, service restrictions, and whether another public coupon is already applied.
