Public vs private coupons

  • Public coupons may appear automatically in the checkout flow.
  • Private coupons must be typed into the coupon field exactly as provided.
  • Not every booking supports stacking coupons, especially public ones.

How to apply a coupon

  1. 1Open the payment or checkout step of your booking.
  2. 2Check whether there are available public coupons shown for this vendor.
  3. 3If you have a private code, enter it manually and apply it.
  4. 4Review the updated total before you confirm payment.

If a code does not work

Common reasons

The code may be expired, have reached its usage limit, apply only to certain services, or conflict with another public coupon already applied.
