Understand how available dates and times are shown so you can pick a slot that is ready to confirm.

How availability works

The times you see depend on the vendor's business hours, staff schedules, and the booking rules for that service.

  • If a date is unavailable, it may be outside business hours or already full.
  • If times change after you select a date, the vendor may have staff-specific limits.
  • Some classes or events only appear on fixed dates instead of open time slots.

Best practice

Re-check before paying

If you leave the booking flow open for a while, refresh your selection before paying to make sure the slot is still available.
